Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Exploration Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the strategic planning and development of new urban transport initiatives. You will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating potential new routes, technologies, and service enhancements for the Delhi Metro network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies for potential new metro corridors and extensions.
- Analyze demographic data, traffic patterns, and urban development plans to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
- Evaluate emerging transportation technologies and their applicability to the DMRC network.
- Develop business cases and financial models for new projects, assessing risks and potential returns.
- Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations teams to translate research findings into actionable strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of global best practices in urban transit planning and exploration.
