Export / Import Executive (1-2 Yrs) | Hyderabad

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate looking to apply their design sensibilities and understanding of materials/finishes within a dynamic real estate and interior design context. You will be instrumental in managing the procurement and logistics of materials and finished goods for our projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for the procurement of interior design materials, fixtures, and furnishings.

Manage all aspects of import and export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping, and insurance.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to project sites.

Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and inventory.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and trade laws.

Assist in resolving any issues related to shipping, customs, or delivery.

Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to understand material specifications and project timelines.
