Export / Import Executive

Role Summary: The Export / Import Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of international trade operations for our events and entertainment products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating smooth cross-border movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the export and import of event-related materials, equipment, and merchandise.

Prepare and process all necessary export/import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Ensure compliance with all Indian and international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements.

Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Manage relationships with international vendors and partners.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export/import process.

Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.
