Export / Import Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Export/Import Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of international trade operations for our IT services exports and imports. This role will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, facilitate smooth customs clearance, and maintain efficient logistics for global business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with all Indian and international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export policies.
• Manage and maintain records of all export/import transactions, including duties, taxes, and fees.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, procurement) to ensure all documentation and procedures are accurate and complete.
• Track shipments, resolve any delays or issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international trade practices.
