Export / Import Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Export / Import Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 5 years of experience in managing export and import operations within the travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant international trade processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of export and import documentation and procedures for travel-related services and goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Prepare and submit all necessary export/import declarations and permits.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- Manage inventory and logistics for travel-related materials and equipment.
- Reconcile invoices and payments related to import/export activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and other government agencies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in export/import operations.
