Export / Import Executive for M.Com Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Panacea Biotec Ltd. in Noida. This role is crucial for managing and streamlining our international trade operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of import/export procedures, documentation, and logistics, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of import and export documentation, including LCs, shipping documents, customs declarations, and invoices.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariffs.

Liaise with internal departments (procurement, sales, finance) to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.

Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and generate reports as required.

Assist in the negotiation of shipping rates and terms with service providers.

Stay updated on changes in trade policies and regulations that may affect the company's import/export activities.
