Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic aviation industry, focusing on the intricacies of international trade and logistics. The successful candidate will support the smooth and efficient movement of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to coordinate the movement of goods.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.
Support in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.
Conduct basic market research on international trade practices within the aviation sector.
