Export / Import Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Export / Import Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our international trade operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and compliant movement of goods and services across borders, optimize logistics, and manage relationships with international partners and regulatory bodies. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient global supply chains and supporting our international business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient export and import processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Manage all shipping and logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers to secure favorable terms and rates.
- Prepare and process all necessary export/import documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new trade opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
