Export / Import Manager - Clinical Research / Contract Research (0-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation, including shipping manifests, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient clearance of goods.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on the status of inbound and outbound materials.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements applicable to clinical trial supplies and pharmaceutical products.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of research materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct research on new trade regulations and their potential impact on company operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., clinical operations, regulatory affairs, supply chain) to address any logistical challenges.
- Support the identification and qualification of new vendors and service providers.
