Export / Import Manager - M.A Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export / Import Manager with a Master's degree and 2-4 years of experience to oversee and manage all aspects of our international trade operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, facilitate smooth customs clearance, and optimize logistics for import and export activities within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient supply chains and supporting the company's global project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian and international trade laws.

Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and government agencies involved in international trade.

Monitor international market trends, regulations, and trade agreements relevant to the infrastructure, transport, and real estate industries.

Prepare and analyze reports on import/export volumes, costs, and performance metrics.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, including customs delays, regulatory changes, and currency fluctuations.

Ensure compliance with Incoterms, payment terms (LCs, TTs), and other trade finance instruments.

Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, and project management to align international trade activities with business objectives.
