F&B Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within our corporate facilities. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our employees, managing catering services for events, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and hygiene. 2. Manage daily F&B operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory control, and cost management.

4. Lead and train F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service.
5. Plan and execute catering for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions.
6. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all F&B outlets.
7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
8. Monitor F&B performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
