F&B Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations at our rapidly growing agri-startup. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative food service strategies that align with our mission of delivering fresh, high-quality produce and value-added food products. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all F&B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including kitchens, cafes, and any other food service points.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create new F&B offerings and promotions.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
