F&B Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations within our expansive media and entertainment facilities in India. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets, including employee canteens, executive dining areas, event catering, and any associated cafes or restaurants. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for culinary excellence and a proven ability to manage a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Manage daily F&B operations, including inventory control, procurement, cost management, and budget adherence.
• Oversee menu planning, development, and pricing in collaboration with culinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Organize and manage catering for internal and external events.
