Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized F&B Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee all food and beverage operations at our facility in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and service standards. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&B operations, including kitchen, dining area, and catering services.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP, FSSAI).
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
Assist in menu planning and development, considering dietary needs and preferences.
Train and supervise F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.
Maintain budget and cost control for the F&B department.
