F&B Manager | MCA Professionals | Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations within our Bangalore campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of culinary operations, cost control, and staff management, with a unique background in MCA, enabling a data-driven approach to operational efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality food services, maintaining compliance, and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the F&B department, aligning with company objectives and employee needs.

Manage daily F&B operations, including menu planning, procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance.

Oversee a team of culinary and service staff, providing training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

Implement and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability of F&B services.

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.

Utilize data analytics and reporting tools (leveraging MCA background) to identify trends, optimize operations, and make informed decisions.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.

Plan and execute special events and catering services as required.
