Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our team at Apollo Hospitals, Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic healthcare F&B sector. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all food and beverage operations within the hospital, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, preparation, and service.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, beverages, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and train junior F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle patient meal requests and dietary requirements, coordinating with dietitians and clinical staff.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the F&B department.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the improvement of F&B services.
