F&B Service - Operations Associate

Role Summary: The F&B Service - Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services within Havells India's employee cafeterias and event spaces. This role involves assisting in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to a positive dining experience for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of food and beverage service areas.
• Support catering staff during meal services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas, including dining tables, service counters, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring supplies.
• Respond to employee and guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Help in organizing and setting up for internal events, meetings, and special functions.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
