Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Com degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our F&B Service team in Chennai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic sports and leisure industry, contributing to the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily F&B operations, including inventory tracking and stock control.
- Support in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in all service areas.
- Help in preparing financial reports related to F&B sales and expenses, utilizing M.Com knowledge.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Participate in menu planning and costing exercises.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
