Facility Management - BFSI Sector Specialist

Role Summary: The BFSI Sector Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing facility management operations specifically for our clients within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector in India. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique operational, regulatory, and security needs of financial institutions and ensuring seamless, efficient, and compliant facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic facility management plans tailored to the BFSI sector, aligning with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and space management for BFSI client facilities.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant BFSI regulations, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
• Oversee vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring for services provided to BFSI clients.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within facility operations.
• Lead and mentor facility management teams, fostering a culture of service excellence, safety, and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Implement and manage emergency preparedness and business continuity plans for BFSI facilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facility management, particularly within the BFSI domain.
