Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Management professional to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities within our Indian semiconductor and electronics industry related operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and productive environment for our employees and supporting critical business operations through effective facility management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workplace reconfigurations.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and incidents, developing and executing appropriate response plans.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and guide a team of facility support staff.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on facility-related matters.
- Support the setup and maintenance of specialized areas for semiconductor R&D or manufacturing support if applicable.
