Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Management professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment, supporting our production and business objectives within the textile and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers for housekeeping, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., fire safety, waste management).
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Manage space planning, office moves, and interior fit-outs.
- Monitor and control facility operating budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and incidents.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their facility needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset inventory, and utility consumption.
- Supervise a team of facility support staff.
