We are seeking a motivated Facility Management professional with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive working environment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor and manage the performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services such as cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support in managing space utilization, office moves, and office renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for facility operations.
