Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Facility Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to oversee the smooth operation of our office facilities in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment, supporting our dynamic gaming startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Oversee vendor management for services like housekeeping, pest control, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with IT for equipment setup and maintenance.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, or schedule external contractors for larger jobs.
- Assist in space planning and office layout modifications as needed.
- Support the organization and execution of company events and meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Implement and monitor facility-related budgets.
