Facility Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our logistics facilities across various locations in India. The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of all our warehouses and hubs, contributing directly to our ability to provide timely and reliable delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned logistics facilities, including warehouse space, equipment, and personnel.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.

Oversee maintenance and repair activities for the facility, including building infrastructure, machinery, and vehicles.

Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely dispatch/receipt of goods.

Manage facility budgets, including operational expenses and capital expenditures.

Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
