Facility Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of all building systems and services at our prestigious hotel properties in India. The Facility Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and managing operational budgets. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, a strong understanding of building infrastructure, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans, including preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel infrastructure, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition and meet brand standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers, ensuring quality of work and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and manage the facility's operational budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Lead and supervise the facility maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and manage crisis response protocols.
• Implement energy management strategies to optimize utility consumption and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee space planning, renovations, and capital projects as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and asset management.
