Facility Manager (Any Graduate Required) - Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Bangalore. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment for our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in facility management and a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Oversee custodial services, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Implement and manage security procedures and systems to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage space planning and office moves.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the facility budget and track expenses.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies.
