Facility Manager - DLF (Mumbai)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in facility management and a graduate degree, with a strong understanding of building maintenance, vendor management, and tenant relations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and landscaping.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of building systems and equipment.
- Oversee and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve facility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets and control operational expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on facility-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor performance.
