Facility Manager - Facility Management Services (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM (Law) degree to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and facility management expertise to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is crucial in optimizing resource allocation, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and supporting our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and vendor management.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to legal requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national health, safety, and environmental regulations, leveraging legal knowledge from LLM.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, hazards, or maintenance needs.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Prepare reports on facility performance, operational costs, and compliance status.
* Respond to and resolve facility-related emergencies and issues promptly.
* Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
* Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for facility upgrades and improvements.
