Facility Manager (M.Com Required) - Kochi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our guests and staff. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house operations, and grounds.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the facilities department, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and new installations.
- Manage the procurement of supplies and services for the facilities department.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests regarding facility issues.
- Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and budget performance.
