Family Law Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate to join our legal team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of family law principles and a 12th Pass qualification, looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment. You will support senior legal professionals in handling various family law matters pertinent to our operations and employee welfare. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
2. Conduct preliminary research on relevant statutes, case laws, and legal precedents.
3. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals to gather information and provide updates.
5. Schedule appointments, court dates, and client meetings.
6. Support senior lawyers in drafting legal notices, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
7. Ensure compliance with all procedural requirements and deadlines.
8. Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
