Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma in Legal Studies to join our legal team in Pune. This role will focus on providing comprehensive legal support related to family law matters within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian family law principles and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents pertaining to family law, including agreements, petitions, and affidavits.
Conduct legal research on various family law issues and provide concise summaries to senior legal counsel.
Support in managing case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals as required.
Provide support in matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations concerning family matters.
