Family Law Associate - Food Processing

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Surat. This role is crucial for managing and advising on various legal matters pertaining to family law within the context of our food processing operations and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree, bringing a unique perspective to problem-solving and communication in legal documentation and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support on family law matters impacting employees, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases, ensuring compliance with Indian family law.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and policies related to employee welfare and family matters.

Conduct legal research and analysis on evolving family law legislation and its implications for the company.

Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.

Develop and deliver training sessions to employees on family law rights and responsibilities.

Utilize design thinking principles (from B.Des background) to create clear, accessible legal information and improve internal communication processes.

Support the legal department in general corporate and compliance matters as needed.
