Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and academically accomplished individual with a Doctorate/PhD in Law to join our legal team in Lucknow. This role focuses on providing expert legal counsel and representation in matters pertaining to family law, with a specific emphasis on navigating complex legal frameworks relevant to financial services and individual client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong research background and the ability to apply advanced legal theories to practical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and consultation on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, adoption, alimony, and property division, with a nuanced understanding of financial implications.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on evolving family law statutes, case precedents, and regulatory changes within India.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as petitions, agreements, affidavits, and settlement deeds.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting our financial products and services.
- Develop and deliver training on family law-related topics to relevant internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records.
