Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our legal team in Coimbatore as a Family Law Associate. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience and a strong interest in family law matters, supporting our legal operations. This position does not require a formal graduation degree and focuses on practical legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior legal counsels in managing family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant documents for case preparation.
- Prepare drafts of legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and notices under supervision.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Support the legal team in court appearances and client meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical legal practices.
