Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Family Law Specialist with a B.Pharma background to join our legal team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will involve providing legal support and advisory services related to family law matters, particularly those that may intersect with pharmaceutical regulations or employee welfare within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to apply them effectively in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide legal counsel and support on various family law matters including divorce, child custody, adoption, and property division, ensuring compliance with Indian legal frameworks.
* Advise on and draft legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and petitions related to family law cases.
* Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company in family court proceedings when required.
* Conduct legal research and analysis on complex family law issues and provide clear, concise recommendations.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee-related family law concerns and ensure fair and equitable resolutions.
* Maintain accurate and organized case files and legal documentation.
* Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and case law, especially those with potential implications for the pharmaceutical sector or employee benefits.
* Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee welfare and family matters.
