Fashion & Accessories - Category Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Category Specialist to join our Fashion & Accessories team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing specific categories within Nykaa's fashion and accessories vertical, ensuring a compelling product assortment, competitive pricing, and excellent customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the e-commerce landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage a diverse range of fashion and accessories products for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate terms, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and execute category-specific marketing and promotional plans in coordination with the marketing team.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and manage the online visual merchandising of the category to enhance customer engagement.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to product availability, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion and accessory trends, both globally and within the Indian market.
