Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fashion & Accessories Associate. This role is crucial in exploring and developing aesthetic elements that can be integrated into our product lines and brand presentation, aligning with contemporary design trends. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 1-2 years of experience, bringing fresh perspectives to our material innovation and visual merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and design fashion-forward accessories and decorative elements that complement our building material offerings.
Research current and emerging trends in fashion, color palettes, material textures, and accessory design, translating these insights into actionable design concepts.
Develop mood boards, sketches, and prototypes for accessories, trims, and branding elements.
Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and colorways for accessories and promotional items.
Contribute to visual merchandising strategies for showrooms and retail spaces, ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand presentation.
Work with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Maintain an organized digital and physical archive of design materials and inspiration.
