Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to manage and enhance our company's fashion and accessories offerings for corporate gifting and branding initiatives. This role will involve sourcing, curating, and overseeing the production of high-quality, branded merchandise that aligns with Wipro's corporate identity and values. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to execute projects efficiently within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for corporate fashion and accessory procurement, focusing on quality, brand alignment, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and vet potential suppliers and manufacturers for apparel, bags, scarves, ties, and other accessories.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop custom designs and branding elements for merchandise.
- Oversee the sampling, production, and quality control processes to ensure products meet Wipro's standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of items for events, employee programs, and client gifting.
- Stay updated on industry trends in fashion, accessories, and corporate gifting.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, budget adherence, and vendor performance.
