Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion & Accessories Product Development Specialist to join our innovative team. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of high-quality, branded fashion and accessory items that align with the Apollo Hospitals brand identity and cater to patient comfort and staff needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between healthcare services and aesthetic appeal, ensuring functional and fashionable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and marketing teams to understand the needs and preferences for patient comfort wear, staff uniforms, and branded merchandise.
• Research current fashion trends, material innovations, and manufacturing techniques relevant to healthcare apparel and accessories.
• Develop product concepts, sketches, and technical specifications for a range of items including patient gowns, loungewear, accessories (e.g., bags, scarves), and staff apparel.
• Source and vet potential manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring ethical practices, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the sampling and prototyping process, providing feedback for revisions and ensuring designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage product development timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Contribute to the branding and visual merchandising of Apollo Hospitals' fashion and accessory lines.
