Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate branding team in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves translating the essence of our food processing business into innovative and appealing visual designs for corporate merchandise, packaging concepts, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work with technical specifications, leveraging their B.Tech/B.E. background to bridge creative vision with practical application.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop unique design concepts for corporate apparel, accessories, and promotional items that align with Nestlé India's brand identity and values.
Create detailed fashion sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for new product developments.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure designs meet brand guidelines, functional requirements, and market trends.
Source and select appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims, considering quality, cost, and sustainability.
Prepare technical specifications and tech packs for manufacturing partners, ensuring accurate production.
Oversee the prototyping and sampling process, providing feedback for revisions.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities within the food and beverage sector.
Utilize B.Tech/B.E. knowledge to analyze material properties and manufacturing processes for design optimization.
