Fashion Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing stylish and functional uniforms and interior aesthetics for our urban transport fleet, including buses and passenger vehicles. You will work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure designs align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative and aesthetically pleasing uniforms for drivers, conductors, and other customer-facing staff.
- Develop interior design concepts for passenger vehicles, focusing on comfort, durability, and brand representation.
- Create detailed design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
- Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and color palettes considering durability, comfort, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of fashion and design trends in the transportation industry.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
