We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and emerging design technologies. A B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant field is a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design innovative fashion collections and textile products, considering market trends and target audience.
Create detailed technical sketches, mood boards, and prototypes.
Collaborate with material suppliers to select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
Oversee the garment development process from initial concept to final production.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards.
