Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled FEA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The FEA Engineer will be responsible for performing Finite Element Analysis to support the design and development of innovative industrial automation products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles, simulation software, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on mechanical components and systems to predict performance, identify potential failures, and optimize designs.
- Develop and validate FEA models using industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation).
- Define material properties, boundary conditions, and meshing strategies for accurate simulation results.
- Interpret simulation results and provide clear, concise reports with recommendations to design engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical designers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to understand design requirements and address simulation-related issues.
- Perform stress, strain, thermal, vibration, and fatigue analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA techniques and simulation software.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of simulation processes and best practices.
