FEA Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled FEA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on various structural and non-structural components and systems related to our real estate projects. This role requires a strong understanding of structural mechanics, material science, and FEA software, with a focus on optimizing designs for safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness within the Indian real estate context.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive FEA simulations for structural integrity, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, and stress analysis of building components, facade systems, and other project-related elements.

Develop and validate FEA models using industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SOLIDWORKS Simulation).

Interpret simulation results, identify potential failure modes, and provide design recommendations to engineering and architectural teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

Prepare detailed reports documenting analysis methodologies, results, and recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA techniques, software, and industry best practices.

Contribute to the development and refinement of FEA processes and standards within the company.
