Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced FEA Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Textile & Apparel industry. The FEA Engineer will be responsible for performing advanced Finite Element Analysis to support product development, material simulation, and process optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of material science, structural mechanics, and FEA software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for textile materials, apparel designs, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and validate FEA models for predicting material behavior under various stress and strain conditions.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to identify areas for FEA application.
- Interpret FEA results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Perform simulations for product performance, durability, and failure analysis.
- Optimize designs and processes based on FEA simulation outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA techniques and software.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on FEA findings.
