FEA Engineer - Gems & Jewellery (Ludhiana) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated FEA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree and have a strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis principles, particularly as they apply to material science, stress analysis, and product development within the gems and jewellery sector. You will be responsible for conducting simulations and analyses to optimize product design, ensure material integrity, and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on new and existing jewelry designs to assess structural integrity, stress distribution, and material behavior under various conditions.
- Develop and validate FEA models using industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation).
- Interpret simulation results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for design improvements and material selection.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate FEA findings into the product development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems using analytical and simulation techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA technology and its applications in the jewelry industry.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for FEA within the company.
- Document all analysis procedures, results, and recommendations.
