Field Service Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Field Service Engineer with 2-5 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Kochi. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our specialized beauty and personal care manufacturing and packaging equipment across various client sites in the region. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer interaction abilities, and a commitment to ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and perform routine maintenance on beauty and personal care production machinery, including filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.

Provide technical support and training to client personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering and replacement of components.

Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations, in a clear and concise manner.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as client site specific regulations.

Collaborate with the internal engineering and sales teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
