Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Engineer to join our team. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of Hettich's product range to our clients, including architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently in various client locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and service Hettich products at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product functionality and performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal product operation.
- Provide technical training and guidance to clients on product usage and maintenance.
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service reports, including details of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades or additional services.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all on-site activities.
