Field Service Engineer

Role Summary: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment used in our jewellery manufacturing and retail operations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test new equipment and machinery at various company locations.

Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective repair solutions.

Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Provide technical support and training to on-site staff as needed.

Collaborate with the operations and production teams to identify potential equipment upgrades or improvements.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during service operations.
