Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Field Service Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and service for our range of agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery at customer sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, including technical findings and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during service operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain service tools effectively.
